益气活血胶囊的制备及定性鉴别

摘　　要：目的:拟定益气活血胶囊的制备工艺流程,为控制产品质量制定其主要药材的定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱方法定性鉴别处方中黄芪、三七、川芎、大黄等药材。结果:黄芪、三七、川芎、大黄薄层色谱斑点清晰、阴性对照无干扰结论:薄层鉴别斑点分离度好,易于识别,可作为本品的定性鉴别方法。Objective： To formulate the technology process for preparing the Tonifying Qi and Activating Blood Capsule, to formulate the quality differentiation method for controlling the product quality, Method：TLC was used for differentiating the radix astragali, notoginseng radix, ligustici, pieplant and so on in the prescription.Result： radix astragali, notoginseng radix, ligustici, pieplant spot of TLC were clear, negative control was no interference.Conclusion： the spot of TLC has a good resolving power, can be discriminated very easily, so can also be as the quality differentiation to the product.
