摘　　要：金属结合剂金刚石砂轮,尤其是金属结合剂金刚石微粉砂轮,很难采用磨削法修整.针对磨削修整法的不足发明了软弹性修整法.本文讨论了软弹性修整法的修整机理,介绍了软弹性修整方法的修整装置.It is very difficult to apply silicon carbide wheels or abrasive stick to the dressing of metal bonded diamond wheel, especially metal bonded fine grain diamond wheels. Being aimed at the shortcomings of traditional dressing method using silicon carbide wheels or abrasive stick, a completly new dressing method, the Soft-elastic dressing method, is invented. This paper discusses the mechanism of Soft-elastic dressing and introduces the equipment of Soft-elastic dressing method.
