摘　　要：人本主义思想的主要理念就是“以人为本”,体现在教育中,就是教育活动必须以学生为本,实现学生的主体地位。发展人本主义的普通高校音乐教育、切实提高大学生的审美能力和音乐素养、实现大学生的全面发展和可持续发展,成为当前的重要任务。文章围绕如何构建人本主义的普通高校音乐教育体系进行相关的研究和探讨。The main concept of humanism is the human-centered thought. In the field of education, it reveals the request that the students must be centered, function as the main body. It＇s the important current task to develop music education in normal colleges on the humanism concept; to raise the aesthetic ability and musical attainments of college students; and to achieve the full and sustainable deveiopment of college students. This article discusses about how to establish the humanism system of music education in normal colleges.
