摘　　要：目的报道1例胸腹联体儿心脏与外周血管造影检查,介绍心血管造影技术。方法对1例胸腹联体儿的2名婴儿分别行左心室造影,右心室造影,降主动脉造影和选择性腹腔动脉造影。结果联体儿心脏与外周血管造影检查清楚地显示了心脏与外周血管的形态,并经胸腹联体儿分离手术证实。结论胸腹联体儿心脏与外周血管造影技术上有一定的难度,但血管造影对联体儿分离手术成功相当重要。Objective To report a case of conjoined twins with peripheral angiography together with cardioangiographic technique. Methods Left ventriculogram, fight ventriculogram, descending aortogram and selected celiac arteriogram were separately performed for both babies of the conjoined twin, Results Angiocardiography showed the anatomy of cardiac and abdominal vessels of the thoraco-omphalopagus conjoined twin clearly and confirmed by the separation operation. Conclusions The angiographic examination is difficult but very helpful for successful operation of the conjoined twin, （J Intervent Radiol, 2005,14：349-351, ）
