摘　　要：编辑劳动是根据社会文化的传播、积累和广大读者消费的需要,以物态化的出版物生产为主要目的,从事选题设计,对初级精神产品的著作进行选择、加工、整理、编纂的一种创造性劳动。编辑劳动的特性主要为:编辑劳动的个体性及其精神生产的社会性,编辑劳动的文化性和思想政治性,编辑劳动的中介性及传播性,编辑劳动的创造性和隐秘性。正确认识编辑劳动自身的独特性,以保证人类社会的一切文明成果得以顺利传播与发展。Edit the labor to spreads culturally according to the society, backlog with demand that wide readership consume, publication that turn with the thing produce for main purpose, be engaged in to choose a design, proceed the choice and process, tidy up, compile to the work of the entry - level spirit product a kind of to create sex labor.
