体育大学生HBV携带者运动能力的研究

摘　　要：为了探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)对运动能力的影响,采用递增定量负荷运动,观察携带HBV的运动员运动前后CK、LDH、ALT等血清酶活性及运动中和运动后心率的恢复情况.结果表明:携带HBV运动员运动后CK、LDH、ALT等血清酶活性均有不同程度升高,运动最大负荷时及运动后心率与对照组比较均有显著差异.说明:HBV影响运动员组织细胞功能,使身体机能状态低下,表现为运动能力下降.Objective： The aim of this study was to estmate the exercise capacity in athletes with hepatitis Bvirus. Method： Serum samples were taken for CK,LDH,ALT determination and the heart rate（HR） wers recorded during incremental exercise and post - exercise heart rote recovery. Results： In group of athletes with hepatitis B, the serum CK, LDH, ALT increased after exercise and the differences of HR during and after maximal exercise and were significant compared with control group. Conclusion： The decrease of the body function was the effect of virus of hepatitis B on cells functions, which contributed to decreased exercise capacity in the athletes with hepatitis Bvirus.
