摘　　要：目前我国的行政听证程序的适用范围过窄,应予扩大,不仅要在行政处罚领域扩大听证的适用范围,还要从行政处罚扩大到其它具体行政行为,甚至在相当一部分抽象行政行为中也要适用听证程序。The applicable coverage of the administrative hearing procedures in china is in need of enlargement at present. It should be enlarged not only in the aspect of the administrative punishment but also other specific and administrative conduct. It should be even enlarged in the abstract administrative conduct。
