糖尿病患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P和CD63表达及其临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血小板α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62P)和血小板溶酶体膜糖蛋白(CD63)的变化及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪(FCM),荧光素标记单克隆抗体技术测定68例2型糖尿病患者(血管病变35例,无血管病变33例)及31例正常人CD62P、CD63的阳性表达率。结果2型糖尿病组CD62P,CD63的阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2型糖尿病并血管病变组CD62P,CD63的阳性表达率明显高于无血管病变组(P<0.01)。结论血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P,CD63表达率测定对于2型糖尿病血管病变的早期诊断具有重要的临床意义。To investigate the changes of platelet α - granule membrane glycoprotein （CD62P）, and platelet lysosomal granulemembrane glycoprotein （CD63） expression and their clinical significance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods 68 type 2 diabetes mellitus （35 cases with angiopathy, 33 cases without angiopathy） and 31 normal individuals entered this study. The expression level of CD62P and CD63 were measured by flow cytometric immunoflurescence. Results The positive rate of CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in control group. The positive rate of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with angiopathy were significantly higher than those of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients without angiopathy. Conclusion The measurement of expression levels of CD62P and CD63 has an important clinical value in early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with angiopathy.
