摘　　要：Objective Transposition of vascularized fascia lata-ilic bone with vascular pedicle of deep lateral femoral circumflex artery and its periosteum composite craft was used in the treatment of 31 cases of hip diseases. Because the vascular bundle containing the deep lateral femoral circumflex artery needed not to be dissected during operation, it would reduced the chance to irritate the blood vessel. The implantation of the vascularized composite graft with its periosteum which wrapped around the neck of femur, would improve the blood circulation of the hip joint,thus enhance the bone defect healing and give the chance to prevent the development of avacular necrosis of femoral head.Objective Transposition of vascularized fascia lata - ilic bone with vascular pedicle of deep lateral femoral circumflex artery and its periosteum composite craft was used in the treatment of 31 cases of hip diseases.
