试论电视法制节目的审美特征

摘　　要：电视法制节目作为全国各类电视节目中的新生形态,近年来取得了长足的发展。究其根本,是“法”的作用在国家建设、社会进步以及人民生活中得到了越来越突出的体现。那么,电视法制节目为何会吸引受众的“眼球”,在上升到审美层次后它又具有什么样的特征?本文研究认为,较之其他类别的节目,真实可信、教育感化和凸显大众意识等内容的有机结合赋予了电视法制节目以独特的魅力。As a newly emerging TV programme, because law has been playing an important role in state construction, social progress and people＇s life, TV legality progamme has made considerable progress. Why does it have so strong appeal to the public？ What＇s the character after it reaches the aesthetic conception？ Compared with the other programme, we should say that the combination of authenticity, educational function and public consciousness is its distinctive glamour.
