摘　　要：EQ1092F(EQ140-2)汽车前轴是具有两级落差的前轴.此文介绍了其在120MN锻压机自动生产线上的模锻工艺,对其工艺方案的确定及锻模设计中的一些主要问题进行了分析探讨,并将其与EQ140-1汽车前轴的模锻工艺进行了对比分析.There are two stepped differences in front axle for EQ1092FCEQ140-2) truck. This paper describes the forming process of the front axle on the 120 MN forging press .analyses the principal problem in the determinations of processing versions and designing of forging die. And then contrasts the EQ1092F truck with the EQ140-1 truck in the principal aspects of die forging of front axle.
