摘　　要：本文阐述了300/600MW锅炉集中下降管插入式角焊缝的结构形状、焊接特点及超声波检测的技术难点,提出解决该结构角焊缝可行性和可靠性的具体方法,对插入式接管角焊缝焊接质量进行有效控制。This article describes the structure configuration,welding characters and technique difficulty of set-through fillet weld between downcomer and drum of 300/600MW boiler,and gives a particular method of feasibility and reliability to resolve this fillet weld.The welding quality of the set-through fillet weld can be effected controlled.
