基于单元化建模的换热器管板系列化设计

摘　　要：首先阐述了单元化建模基本思想,参数化拼接原理,给出了图形单元的分类,然后建立了描述系列化浮头式换热器管板布管区的数据结构,创建了相应的数学模型,采用AutoCAD二次开发技术,在VisualC++6.0和0bjectARX的环境下结合具体图例介绍了单元化建模及参数化拼接原理的实现过程,最后利用该系统中的图形单元建模技术进行实例研究。实践证明,这是一种行之有效的设计方法。Firstly the Modeling method of unit and parametric design are introduced. The graphics unit is divided into four types. Meanwhile data structure of drawings and the model of mathematics are created in the rprinciple of modeling method of unit. Further more, the process of realizing is presented combined with example of graphics under the circumstances of VisualC ＋ ＋ 6.0 and ObjectARX with AutoCAD secondary developing technology. Finally a drawing is designed with the technology of modeling method of unity. It is proved that is an effective method.
