摘　　要：以斜圆锥管斜交圆管为例,介绍了基于AutoLISP的计算机辅助钣金展开的步骤和方法,包括对展开对象的特征分析、数学描述、绘制程序设计框图和编写程序、展开验证等;对展开过程中遇到的实际问题进行了讨论并提出了解决的办法,为形成计算机辅助板金展开程序库并实现板金展开由手工作业向计算机辅助展开和数控切割、焊接的自动化过程转变创造了条件。The way of computer aided sheet based on AutoLISP is worked out with the example of oblique cone pipe intersected with circular pipe, in which including the analysis of sheeting object, methametical discription, program scheme and design, verification of sheeting. The problems during sheeting process is discussed and the methods for solving them are given. All of these supplies the support for creating the program base of computer aided sheeting, changing manual sheeting into computer aided sheeting as well as NC cutting and automatic welding.
