摘　　要：这里对PLM的基本概念及内涵,PLM系统体系结构的演化等进行了系统阐述和分析;在借鉴国内外知名软件供应商和研究机构研究成果的基础上,提出了一种适合并行设计和协同开发的PLM系统体系结构,包括PLM系统的功能模型、离散制造业产品的全生命周期模型和体系结构模型;并给出了系统实现策略。最后,开发了一个PLM软件原型系统,部分技术思想得到了验证。This paper introduces the basic concept and meaning of PLM systems. The evolvements of the architecture of PLM systems are analyzed and discussed systematically. The architecture of the PLM system in the collaborative design and development environment is presented based on the research advances of the international and national famous software companies and research organizations, including the function models, product models overall lifecycle of the discrete manufacturing industries and architecture model. And then gives the realization strategies on the PLM system. Finally, a software prototype system is developed, and primary ideas have been validated.
