摘 要:这里列出了所测试的某10kW柴油机的噪声频谱和不同消音器的降噪频谱,并通过噪声频谱、消音器降噪特性曲线以及不同长度消音器降噪频谱的分析对比,论证了在消音器的设计中,根据噪声频谱的极值区域确定消音器长度的方法及重要性。实验结果表明,10kW实验柴油机噪声极值的频率区域为100Hz~300Hz,当消音器长度为100mm,其最大降噪量的频率区域为600Hz~1000Hz,由于该区域与噪声极值的频率区域不吻合,对柴油机噪声的降噪量仅有2~6.5dB;以最大降噪量的中心频率250Hz做为确定消音器长度的依据时,消音器长度为320mm为确定消音器长度的依据时,消音器长度为320,此频率与柴油机的噪声极值频率区域相吻合,对柴油机噪声极值频率区域的降噪量为7.4~13.6dB,使降噪效果大大改善。这一测试和分析结果说明,消音器长度是影响降噪效果的重要因素,在设计中必须予以重视。Based on test, analyzing Curve of noise reduction and noise frequency of silencer with different length. It is very important to determine length of silencer according to frequency range of maximal noise, according to noise frequency of 10kW diesel, when the length of silencer is 100ram, noise reduction is only 0 - 6.5dB, because of different ranges between maximal noise and maximal noise reduction of silencer. Maximal noise frequency range: 100 - 300Hz; but the frequency range of maximal noise reduction: 600 - 1000Hz. when central frequency of maximal noise reduction is 250Hz, the length of silencer should be 320mm and noise reduction is 8 - 13.6dB. good results of noise reduction were obtained, so the length of silencer is very important factor in noise reduction.
