摘　　要：提出了一种新型的基于以太网的DNC通信技术,使用单板机作为串口服务器,实现了串行机床与以太网的联接。根据系统的通讯特点,制订了数控程序的传输规程;开发了DNC通讯平台的网络通信程序和串口服务器的通信程序。这种通信方法具有兼容性好和成本低等优点。A new kind of communication technology of DNC based on Ethernet is presented. Wildcat BL2010 SBC made in ZWORLD company is used as serial port server which link serial communication machine tool to Ethernet. Based on communication characteristic of system, transmission rule of DNC program is provided; Network communication program of DNC communication platform and communication of serial port server is developed. This communication technology has the advantage of good compatibility and low cost.
