摘　　要：目的:为我国制药企业选择合理的新药研发方向提供参考。方法:从新药研发的特点入手,分析制药企业内、外影响因素和技术竞争地位,选择合理的新药研发方向。结果与结论:我国制药企业可充分考虑新药研发内、外两方面影响因素和对自身技术竞争地位的评价,找到新药研发的突破点。OBJECTIVE： To provide references for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises in selecting reasonable directions for the R＆D of new drugs. METHODS： The internal ＆ external influential factors and the competitive status of pharmaceutical enterprises were analyzed from the aspect of characteristics of the R＆D of new drugs so as to choose a reasonable direction for the R＆D of new drugs. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises should take the internal ＆ external influential factors in the R＆D of new drugs into full consideration and give evaluation to their technical competitive status so as to make a breakthrough in the R＆D of new drugs。
