摘 要:目的:建立复感康颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对复感康颗粒中黄芪、白术、陈皮进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法测定复感康颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果:在薄层色谱中可鉴别出黄芪、白术、陈皮;黄芪甲苷进样量在1.306μg~13.060μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为97.62%(RSD=1.72%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于复感康颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control method for fugankang granules.METHODS:Radix Astragali ,Atractylodes Macrocephala, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae in fugankang granules were identified by TLC and the content of astragaloside in fugankang granules was determined by HPLC- ELSD method.RESULTS: Radix Astragali, Atractylodes Macrocephala, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae could be identified by TLC; Astragaloside showed good linear relationship within the range of 1.306μg-13.060μg ( r = 0.9 997), the average recovery was 97.62 % (RSD = 1.72 % ). CONCLUS ION : The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,which can be used as quality control for fugankang granules.
