摘　　要：根据CAT型ZF32流量放大阀的工作原理,研究了该阀的性能检测试验项目及方法。设计了检测试验的液压系统图,结果显示流量阀的放大特性基本成较明显的线性规律变化,且左、右转向基本一致。流量放大器的入口压力随负载而变化,但放大特性并不因为压力变化而明显变化,即流量放大器在放大特性上有较好的压力稳定性。According to the CAT type ZF32 current enlarging Valve＇ s work principle, the valve to function test item and method was studied. The hydraulics diagram of test to experiment was designed. The results show discharge valve enlarges characteristic basic the more obvious line regulation variety, and left, turn to the right to basic consistent. The entrance pressure of the discharge enlarger with load but change, but enlarge the characteristic not obvious variety because the pressure variety, the discharge enlarger compares in enlargiing the characteristic better pressure stability.
