糖耐量正常的2型糖尿病一级亲属高甘油三酯血症与胰岛素抵抗相关

摘　　要：根据甘油三酯水平将280例糖耐量正常的2型糖尿病一级亲属(包括同胞对和后代)分成3组,发现甘油三酯与胰岛素抵抗存在相关性。Two hundred and eighty normoglycemic first-degree relatives （offsprings and siblings） of type 2 diabetes were divided into three groups according to the levels of serum triglyceride. Significant correlation was found between hypertriglyceridemia and insulin resistance.
