摘　　要：了解雌激素受体(ER)在不同周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠胸腺中的表达。结果显示从出生后1周至8周,ER在胸腺中的表达量逐渐增加。ER阳性细胞为胸腺上皮细胞和胸腺细胞。ER既存在于胞质,也存在于胞核。The expression of estrogen receptor （ER） in thymus of female BALB/c mice at different ages was investigated. The results showed that the expression of ER in thymus was increased from 1 to 8 weeks after birth. ER positive cells were thymic epithelial cells and thymocytes. ER existed not only in the cytoplasm, but also in the nucleus.
