遥控喷涂技术在大型高炉上的应用

摘　　要：系统介绍了高炉喷涂维修的特点,喷涂料的选择要求,高炉遥控喷涂工艺及影响喷涂施工质量的因素。指出应针对高炉不同部位的特点使用不同类型的喷涂料,同时在喷涂施工时还应注意以下因素:维修部位的清洗,喷涂用水的质量及喷涂料加水量,喷涂料的输送压力,喷涂速度,喷涂后的养护,烘炉温度的控制,锚固件的使用。This paper overviews the characteristics of the gunning maintainance of the blast furnace,the choice of gunning monolithic materials ,the remote control gunning process for the blast furnace and the factors influencing the gunning installation. The different type of gunning monolithic materials should be adopted according to the different part of blast furnace. The main factors affecting the gunning installation are as follows=the cleaning of the servicing part,the water quality and the water addition,the air pressure for transporting the gunning monolithic materials, the gunning speed, the cure after gunning installation, the commissioning schedule for dryinq and the application of anchors.
