新生儿淋菌性眼炎伴淋菌性皮炎1例

摘　　要：报告1例新生儿淋菌性眼炎伴淋菌性皮炎。患儿男,10d。双眼有脓性分泌物8d,下腹部起脓疱、脱屑6d。取眼部及下腹部脓液作涂片,发现多核白细胞内有革兰阴性双球菌,细菌培养有淋病奈瑟菌生长。给予头孢曲松钠60mg肌内注射,每日1次,用药3d后,眼部症状消失。连续用药7d,腹部皮损痊愈。Here is reported a case of neonatal gonococcal ophthalmia with gonococcal dermatitis.The boy was 10 days old,The pus flowed over from both eyes for 8 days.Pustules and desquamation appeared on his lower abdomen for 6 days,The pus smear from the eye and the lesions showed gram-negative diplococci in polycytes.The culture of pus sampling from the eyes and the lesions showed the growth of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,After the intramuscular injection of ceftriaxone sodium（60mg/d）for three days,the symptom of eyes disappeared.After next 7day treatment,the dermatitis on the abdomen disappeared.
