摘 要:目的研究糖尿病大鼠组织内微量元素与糖尿病的关系。方法用原子吸收分光光度法测定实验大鼠肝、骨、毛发、皮中的微量元素Cu、Fe、Mg、Zn、Ca。结果与正常对照组相比,糖尿病大鼠体重减少(P<0·01)、肝钙降低(P<0·01)、肝锌升高(P<0·01)、毛铜降低(P<0·05)、毛镁升高(P<0·05)、骨铁锌升高(P<0·05)、皮锌升高(P<0·01)。结论糖尿病大鼠伴有体内严重的的钙流失,锌在肝、骨、皮中,铁在骨中有代谢障碍而导致沉积。Objective To study the relationship between trace elements in tissue of diabetic rats and diabetes. Methods The content of trace elements Cu, Fe, Mg, Zn, Ca in liver, skeleton, hair and skin of diabetic rats were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS ) and analyzed by statistics. Results Compared with control group, the content of Ca was lower in liver(P 〈0. O1 ) , and Cu was lower in hair( P 〈0. 05 ) ;whereas the content of Zn was higher in liver( P 〈0. 01 ) ,in skeleton (P 〈 0. 05 ) , in skin (P 〈 0. 01 ). Fe was higher in skeleton (P 〈0.05) , and Mg was higher in hain(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The calcium in tissue of diabetic rats has been loosen seriously. The zinc in liver, skeleton, skin and the iron in skeleton have been detained by obstruction of metabolism.
