克林霉素磷酸酯阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病观察

摘　　要：目的:评价二类新药克林霉素磷酸酯阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机、双盲、平行对照的临床试验方法,将60例细菌性阴道病的受试者分为克林霉素磷酸酯阴道泡腾片组(A组)和甲硝唑阴道泡腾片组(B组),观察2组治疗结束3～7d、28～35d时疗效。结果:2组疗效3～7d和28～35d两时段临床有效率A组为80.77%(21/26)和84.62%(22/26);B组为89.66%(26/29)和93.10%(27/29)。细菌学有效率A组为76.92%(20/26)和84.62%(22/26):B组两个时段均为79.31%(23/29),差别无统计学意义。结论:克林霉素磷酸酯阴道泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道病,显效快,疗效好,并具有较好的安全性。Objective： To study the effects and safety of Clidamycin phosphate vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of Bacterial vaginosis. Methods： A random, double blind and parallel control trial was adopted. Sixty patients with bacterial vaginosis were randomly divided into Clindamycin phosphate group （group A）and Metronidazole group （group B）. Clinical symptoms and laboratory tests of two groups were observed in 3-7 days and 28-35 days after treatment. Results： The clinical effect rate of the group A and group B in 3-7 days after treatment was compared .It was 80.77%（21/26） vs 89.66%（26/29） and the effect rate of 28-35 days after treatment was 84.62%（22/26） vs 93.10%（27/29）. The effect rate of testing bacteria in the 3-7 days and 28-35 days after treatment in the group A was 76.92%（20/26） and 84.62%（22/26） respectively and they were all 79.31%（23/29） in the group B .There was no statistical significance in these differences. Conclusion： Clindamycin phosphate vaginal effervescent tablets may play an effective role in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. It has more advantages： convenience good effectiveness and safety.
