摘 要:采用盆栽试验,研究了硝酸铵追肥量和追肥时期对生长后期NC89叶片中碳氮代谢关键酶———硝酸还原酶(NR)和转化酶(Inv)活性的影响。结果表明:在上、下部叶成熟过程中,NR和Inv活性下降。随追肥时期的推迟和追肥量增加,下部叶NR和Inv活性提高,Inv/NR比值较低且最大值出现时期延后;追氮量小或追肥期早的处理,上部叶NR和Inv活性I、nv/NR较低。移栽后30d追肥,追氮量30%时,烟株上、下部叶成熟过程中碳氮代谢协调,适时地从以氮代谢为主转变为以碳代谢为主。The effects of dressing rate and time on the activities of key enzymes in carbon and nitrogen metabolism,nitrate reductase (NR) and invertase (Inv), in NC89 tobacco leaves during later growth stage were studied by pot experiments. The results showed that: 1 ) the activities of NR and Inv decreased with the advance of maturity of upper and lower leaves; 2) the activities of NR and Inv in lower-leaf raised and Inv/NR decreased with the delay of dressing and the increase of dressing rate; 3) the activities of NR and Inv and Inv/NR in upper leaves were lower while dressed earlier or with less N, The metabolism of carbon and nitrogen was relatively harmonious during the maturing of upper and lower leaves in the treatments dressed on 30 days after transplanting with 30% of total N。
