摘  要:目的探讨不同剂量糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者体内β肾上腺素能受体水平的影响。方法将哮喘患者随机分为3组,在常规治疗的基础上,A组予以小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,B组予以中等剂量的糖皮质激素治疗,C组予以大剂量糖皮质激素治疗。用同位素放射免疫配基法对患者治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞β肾上腺素能受体的密度和亲和力进行检测,对3组结果进行统计学分析。结果3组患者治疗前的受体最大结合值(Bmax)和平衡解离常数(Kd)差异无显著性,治疗后B组患者的Bmax和Kd均高于A组,而C组患者的Bmax和Kd值均高于B组。结论糖皮质激素能上调支气管哮喘患者体内β肾上腺素能受体水平,且有剂量依赖性。Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of glucocorticoid on β-adrenoceptor levels in bronchial asthma patients. Methods Asthma patients were divided into three groups randomly. Besides routine treatments,group A was treated with rain-dose of glucocorticoid,group B with med-dose of glucocorticoid and group C with max-dose of glucocorticoid. Maximum bound volume (Bmax) and equilibrium dissociation constant (Kd) of β-adrenoceptor of lymphocyte in asthma patients were estimated by isotope radioligand binding assay. The results were statistically analyzed. Results The Bmax and Kd before treatment was not significantly different between groups, While the Bmax and Kd of group B were higher than those of group A and lower than those of group C after glucocorticoid treatment. Conclusion Glucocorticoid can upregulate the β-adrenocepter levels dosage-dependently.
