摘  要:以两系杂交稻组合培矮64S/E32为材料,设10,15,20,25,30,35和40cm等7个留桩高度处理,研究了不同留桩高度对其再生特性的影响.结果表明:留桩越高,再生苗萌发越快,总再生率越高,产量越高;留桩高度影响各节位腋芽的再生率,但各节位所受影响有差异;留桩高度影响各节位再生稻农艺性状:各节位再生稻株高随留桩高度下降而降低,总叶数随留桩高度下降而增加;留桩高度对各节位再生稻产量性状也有较大影响;同一高度下再生稻株高、叶片数、每穗总粒数一般随节位降低而增加,结实率与千粒重一般以高节位再生稻较高.从再生率与产量来看,培矮64S/E32再生培植宜尽可能留高桩.In this study, Pei'ai64S/E32 was used as the material and seven treatments of stubble height from 10 to 40 cm were set to study the effect of stubble height on ratooning properties. The results showed that the regeneration speed of axillary buds, total ratooning rate and yield ofratooning rice increased with the increment of stubble height.There existed difference in effect of stubble height on ratooning rate of different nodes' axillary buds. With the increment of stubble height, the plant height of ratooning rice of different nodes increased but total leaf number showed contrary trend. There existed evident effect of stubble height on yield components ofratooning rice from different nodes. Under the same stubble height, plant height, leaf number and grain number per panicle of ratooning rice increased when the position of node descended, but seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight of upper node's ratooning rice were higher than those of lower node's. According to ratooning rate and yield of ratooning rice, the highest stubble height, about 40 cm, should be reserved for ratooning cultivation of Pei'ai64S/E32.
