摘 要:目的:检测精液中前列腺特异抗原(prostatespecialantigen,PSA)与纤维连接蛋白(fi-bronectin,FN)含量,分析其相关性,以探讨其对精液液化的影响。方法:将精液标本按不同的液化时间分为:60min内不液化组(A组)47例和60min内液化组(B组)30例,采用时间分辨荧光分析法检测精液PSA,酶联免疫法检测FN含量,对所得结果行独立样本t检验和相关性分析。结果:PSA含量比较:A组为(0.849±0.563)mg/ml;B组为(1.779±0.22)mg/ml;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。FN含量比较:A组为(148.74±2.51)ng/ml,B组为(115.39±1.83)ng/ml,A组含量显著高于B组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。精液中PSA与FN含量呈负相关(r=-0.04,p<0.05)。结论:精液中PSA含量下降,FN水解减少,造成精液液化异常。Objective: To discuss the effect of prostate special antigen(PSA) and fibronectin(FN) in liquefying semen. Methods: According to the time of liquescence, patients were divided into two groups: semen liquefying dysfunction within 60 minutes (group A, n= 47), semen liquefying within 60 minutes (group B, n=30). The quantity of PSA by the sperm plasma was examined by time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay, the concentration of FN was detected by ELISA. Finally the data were analyzed with SPSS11.5 for windows. Results: The PSA concentration was (0.849±0.563) mg/ml in group A, (1.779±0.22)mg/ml in group B;there were significant difference between group A and B (P〈0.01). The FN concentration was (148.7443±2.51) ng/ml in group A, (115.39±1.83)ng/ml in group B;there were significant difference between group A and B (P〈0.01). There was a negative correlation between the concentrations of SPA and FN. Conclusion: The reducing PSA and the increasing fibronectin may delay the time of the seminal liquefaction.
