摘 要:为了减少大体积混凝土和抗冲磨混凝土的裂缝,本文作者进行了减缩剂的开发研究,发现混凝土如果掺加减缩剂,其干缩率将有显著的降低。在掺加减缩剂2%时,混凝土的干缩率可降低40%以上,混凝土的极限拉伸值、抗拉强度略有降低,其自生体积变形为正值,由收缩型变为微膨胀型混凝土。由抗裂性分析结果表明,减缩剂可明显提高混凝土的抗裂系数,有利于防止混凝土开裂。In order to reduce the crack in the mass concrete and abrasion-resistant concrete, a program of shrinkage-reducing agent(SRA) is carried out, it is found that the drying shrinkage of concrete mixing with the shrinkage-reducing agent will be remarkably failed, When the mix content of SRA is 2%, the drying shrinkage will be reduced more than 40 %. The other performances, for example, extreme distortion value, will be reduced but its autogenous volume deformation is increased. The results of crack-resistant analysis is shown that the shrinkage-reducing agent can obviously improve the crack-resistant of concrete and prevent the crack of concrete.
