摘　　要：用Cr12MoV钢制的螺纹尖齿模具搓丝板采用引上恒温处理，通过电子显微分析和X时线衍射，测定其组织和性能以及现场寿命跟踪，表明引上恒温工艺是提高该模具的有效途径。The Cr12MoV flat thread rolling die of tapping screw treated by up-quenched austempering. Itsstructure, property and service life was measured by means of microanalysis and X-ray diffraction. The resultshowed that the up-quenched austempering is the effective way to increase service life of the die.
