摘  要:本文对3CrZW8V、H13及38CrMoAl钢在刚玉流态床中进行了渗氮工艺的研究。结果表明,氨气在25%~65%范围内变化时,对渗氮结果无明显的影响,在流态床中渗氮可减少工件表面化合物层的形成和加快渗氮的速度。采用脉冲渗氮方法可获得与非脉冲渗氮同样的效果,同时可降低耗气量。The investigation of nitriding in the corundum fludized bed furnace was carried out. The tested steels are 3Cr2W8V,H13 and 38CrMoAl. The experiment result indicates that,the effect of the NH3/(N2+NH3)ration on the nitriding results is not obvious in the variation of 25% to 65% NH3 but nitriding in fluidized bed can reduce the compound zone and increase the nitriding rate. Fluid-pulse nitriding treatment can obtain the same results as those of conventional nitriding in a fluidized bed furnace, but gas consumption is effectively reduced.
