硼化物层立体形貌的观察与分析

摘　　要：采用盐酸溶液腐蚀方法直接举取不同碳钢表面的硼化物层，在扫描电镜下观察其立体形貌。结果表明，随含碳量增高，碳钢表面硼化物层中硼齿由粗大变得细小，硼齿前后截面尺寸差别由小变大，而且交错排列的硼齿数量增多。硼齿侧面存在波纹状形态，表明其生长过程是不均衡的，呈“步进”方式长大。The boride layers on different carbon steels have been extracted by etching in 18% HCl water solution and observed under SEM. It is shown by the results that with increasing carhon content, the teeth of boride is finer, the dimension difference of cross section between front of and back of boride teeth is larger, and the number of the crossing teeth is more. The growth of boride is not uniform,but by 'step by step' mode, because of some wave-like pattern existing on sides of boride teeth.
