摘  要:本文对1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti奥氏体不锈钢进行了加辅助铁板、加稀土,加板、未加稀土,未加板、未加稀土的离于S-N-C三元共渗对比试验。结果表明,在相同的温度、时间条件下,加板、加稀土者渗层厚度最大;加板、未加稀土者其次;二者均未加者最小。它们渗层的硬度相同,均为≥860HV0.1。还探讨了溅射铁原子的氮载体作用和稀土的催渗作用。In This paper, the comparative tests of various ionic sulphonitrocarburizing processes of ICr18Ni12Mo2Ti austenitic stainless steel have been made, including: 1)surrounding sample with iron plate and addition of rare-earth, 2)surrounding sample with iron plate but no rare-earth addition, 3)without the iron plate and no rare-earth addition. The results show that the coating thickness of treatment are different, i. e. surrounding sample with iron plate and rare-earth addition being the largest,with iron plate but no rare-earth addition being the second, without the iron plate no rare-earth addition being the smallest. But the hardness are the same(≥860HV0.1)under the same temperature and time condition. The functions of carrier nitrogen for sputtering iron atom and energizing effect of rare-earth were studied also.
