竹再生纤维弹力牛仔布的研制与生产

摘　　要：采用竹再生纤维和莱卡纤维试织弹力牛仔布.文中介绍了其材料准备、织造工序和工艺以及后整理过程.测试确认,竹再生纤维弹力牛仔布经磨毛水洗后,强力和收缩率与纯棉牛仔布相近,柔软程度优于纯棉牛仔布.Bamboo regenerated fibre and lyca fibre were used to produce elastic jeans cloth. Its raw materials preparation, wearing process and fabric finishing were introduced. The test results show that after sanding and washing treatment the strength and shinkage of the elastic jean cloth with bamboo regenerated fibre are simular to cotten jean cloth and the softness is better than cotton jean cloth.
