摘　　要：本文在运用C2R模型对中国制糖工业进行效率评价的基础上,运用C2GS2模型测算了制糖工业的技术效率和规模经济状况。研究发现,自糖业产销体制改革以来,多数年份制糖工业都存在投入产出结构不合理的状况,没有实现规模经济,资源配置亦未能达到最优。但多数年份中国制糖工业的技术效率都是最优的。在技术效率相对稳定的制糖业中,大多数年份综合生产效率的变化是由于规模经济的变化引起的。This paper uses C2R model to evaluate the efficiency of China′s sugar industry, and then uses C2GS2 model to examine the technological efficiency and scale economy of the sugar industry. It is discovered that, since the reform of sugar production and sales system, the unreasonable structure of input and output has existed in most of the years, which is characterized by lack of scale economy and failure to realize optimal resource distribution. However, the technological efficiency of Chinese sugar industry is in the optimal state for most of the years. In the sugar industry, technological efficiency is relatively stable, so the improvement of comprehensive production efficiency is caused by change of scale economy in most of the years.
