摘  要:30CrMnSiA钢渗扩氮亚温淬火规律的研究徐维,王莎莎,徐凡娴,王传雅(大连铁道学院)1前言渗扩氮常规淬火可使钢铁工件具有较高的硬度、疲劳极限、耐磨性和耐蚀性 ̄[1-7],但不能使心部强韧化。渗扩氮高温淬火可获得较深的岂氮扩散层而且可使渗层组织显著...The effect of quenching at intercritical temperature on microhardneSs distribution curves of steel 30 CrMnSiA after prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritical temperature for unequilibrium primary structure has been studied in this paper. The influence of intercritical quenching temperattire on distribution of acicular dual-phase structiire(α_a+γ_a ) containing nitrogen has been studied too. The phase composition obtained after nitriding and intercritical quenching has ben determined,The distribution curves of nitrogen concentration accord with law of prenitriding and diffusion of nitrogen atoms at intercritieal temperature.
