城市化进程中抚州城市土地利用问题探讨

摘　　要：在分析抚州市城市化现状的基础上,指出抚州市城市化过程中城市土地利用水平及存在的问题,提出抚州市在城市化过程中应采取加强宏现管理,建立规范化土地市场,加强生态环境系统建设,做好土地综合开发等土地持续利用等措施。Based on the current situation of urbanization in Fuzhou City, the author points out the problems of land use in the progress of urbanization. Finally the paper puts forward to enhance the macro view management, and establish the normal lnarket of the land and enhance the eco-system construction, and work well the land to synthesize the developlnent.
