摘　　要：蛇床子与苦参活性物质按照一定比例配伍制成药剂(简称蛇苦混剂),对烟苗的生长发育具有一定的促进作用。蛇苦混剂能够促进烟苗根冠的生长、增加叶面积、提高叶绿素含量、降低丙二醛含量及增强功能叶片的抗冷性等,从而起到壮苗和增强烟苗抗逆性的作用。The mixture of Cnidium extracts and Sophora extract （CS mixture）could promote the growth and development of tobacco seedlings, expand leaf area, increase the content of chlorophyll, reduce the content of MDA. After chilling stress （5℃, 2 h）, the relative electric conductivity of the treated leaves was lower than that of the untreated control samples, which indicated that CS mixture could increase the cold resistance of tobacco plants.
