摘  要:目的:探讨花生四烯酸对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病大鼠的糖化血清蛋白、丙二醛和总抗氧化能力的影响。方法:大鼠分4组:(1)同龄正常大鼠对照组(C组);(2)糖尿病大鼠对照组(S组);(3)饮水中含花生四烯酸的糖尿病组(A组);(4)皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖在正常范围的糖尿病组(I组)。2周后测定糖化血清蛋白和血清丙二醛。4周后测定糖化血清蛋白、血清丙二醛、总抗氧化能力以及心脏、肝脏、胰腺、肾脏组织匀浆的丙二醛和总抗氧化能力。结果:A组治疗2周、4周后的空腹血糖和糖化血清蛋白显著低于S组(P<0.01)。2周时A组血清丙二醛与S组比较尚无统计学差异,4周时A组显著低于S组(P<0.01)。4周时A组除胰腺外,心、肝、肾组织丙二醛均显著低于S组(P<0.01);除心脏外,肝、胰、肾组织总抗氧化能力均显著高于S组(P<0.01);血清总抗氧化能力也较S组增高(P<0.05)。结论:花生四烯酸能降低链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病大鼠的血糖,提高糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力。Objective:To study the effects of arachidonic acid on glycosylated serum protein(GSP), malondialdehyde (MDA) and total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) of streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Methods: Rats were divided into four groups: (1) age-matched normal control group(C), (2) diatetic rats without any treatment(S), (3)diabetic rats whose drinking water contained arachidonie acid(A), and (4) diabetic rats whose blood glucose concentration was kept within normal level by subcutaneous injection of insulin(1). The levels of GSP and MDA in serum were measured after 2 weeks of treatment. After 4 weeks, the levels of GSP,MDA and TAOC in serum, as well as the MDA and TAOC level in tissues of heart, liver, pancreas and kidney were determined. Results: Compared with group S, the fasting blood glucose ,as well as GSP in rats of group A decreased significantly after 2 or 4 weeks of treatment. The serum level of MDA in rats of group A did not decrease significantly after 2 weeks of treatment compared with group S, but decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment. The level of MDA in tissues of heart, liver and kidney in rats of group A decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment compared with group S, while the level of TAOC in serum and in tissues of liver, pancreas and kidney in rats of group A increased significantly. Conclusion .AA can reduce blood glucose concentration and improve antioxidative ability in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.
