国产和进口人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗的免疫效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价目前我国常用的国产狂犬疫苗和进口人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗的免疫效果,为临床选择经济有效的狂犬疫苗提供依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测分别经长春、辽宁和法国维尔博三种狂犬疫苗全程免疫接种的300名暴露后接种者的血清狂犬病毒中和抗体,分析比较其抗体阳转率、实际抗体水平及接种副反应。结果排除年龄、免疫-检测时间间隔等干扰因素的影响后,三种人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗不仅抗体阳转率(分别为93.0%,93.2%,86.7%)和抗体浓度(分别为16.21±5.27,15.93±4.35,15.89±6.17IU/ml)没有统计学差异,在接种副反应方面的差别也没有显著性。结论国产与进口人用纯化Vero狂犬疫苗的免疫效果具有较好的可比性,因其价格低可以在临床推广使用。Objective To evalvate the immune effect of homebred rabies vaccines and import rabies vaccines and provide scientific basis for clinic selection of qualified vaccine. Methods IgG antibody against rabies was detected from 300 exposed subjects immunized with three kinds of homebred and import rabies vaccines by using ELISA. The antibody and sideseffects were observed and compared among the three kinds of rabies vaccines. Results Exclusion of the influence of age, immunization time no significient differences on immune effect among ChangChun rabies vaccines, LiaoNing rabies vaccines and France rabies vaccines. The antibody positive conversion rates are 93.0%, 93.2% and 86.7% and the antibody concentrations axe 16.21±5.27,15.93±4.35,15.89±6.17 IU/ml , respectively. Conclusion The effectiveness of homebred vccine is comparable to the imported one and can be popularized for clinical application as it is cheaper.
