迷你型南瓜种质利用及新品种选育

摘　　要：1998年起从国内外收集、引进单果重200～500g、不同色系的各类迷你型南瓜品种为种质材料,经自交分离、多代系统选育,获得20多份稳定的、五大色系的自交系,并对其园艺性状进行了综合评价.2002年开始进行自交系间的组合测配.以进口品种为对照,经中试品比及生产性试验,2003年获得配置2个品种、3个组合.该品种果实果皮淡橙黄底色镶嵌深金黄色竖条纹或深绿底色镶嵌灰白色竖条纹或桔红色,果实扁圆形,肉厚,肉色橙红,口感甜而粉,货架期3～4个月以上,观赏期6个月以上.适于春秋两季设施栽培.Mini-pumpkin varieties with different colors and single fruit weight of 200～500g collected from home and abroad since 1998 were used as germplasm materials, and more than 20 distinct inbred lines of 5 variedcolor groups were obtained through selfing and separation as well as systematic breeding. Their horticultural characters were also evaluated. The combinations between the inbred lines were made since 2002. The imported varieties were used as control, and two varieties and 3 combinations were gained through pilot test and production test in 2003. Their pericarp is light orange in color with deep maize erect stripe or dark green with hoar erect stripe or nacarat, and their fruit is oblate, has thick salmon pink pulp, and tastes sweet and farinaceous. The shelf life of fruit is 3～4 months, while its ornamental life is above 6 months. The varieties are fit for house culture in spring or autumn.
