守宫木在上海地区扦插试验初报

摘　　要：上海地区适宜于春季进行守宫木的扦插繁殖。研究结果显示,不同生根剂处理插条均可明显提高生根率,其中以300mg/LIBA和300mg/LNAA的混合液处理插条效果最好,生根率可达71.1%,比对照35.2%提高了102.0%,扦插苗生根数多而粗壮,枝叶生长也比较茂盛。长有根系的守宫木扦插苗移栽成活率为100%,种植后当年就能开花、结果,完成生育期。The experiment on cutting propagation of Sauropus androgynus is made appropriately in spring in Shanghai area. The experimental results showed that hormone treatments could increase the rooting rate of cuttings. The mixed solution of 300 mg/L IBA and 300 mg/L NAA had the best effect on the cutting roots By the treatment with this solution, the rooting rate （71.1%） of cuttings increased by 102.2% over CK （35.2%）, and the cuttings grew many strong roots and leaves. Every rooted cutting of S. androgynus could survive and then flower and fruit, fulfilling growth duration in the same year as the cutting was planted.
