肾上腺髓质素在肺炎儿童血清中的水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肾上腺髓质素在肺炎患儿中的含量变化及临床意义。方法采用放射免疫法(RIA)测定60例急性肺炎患儿(肺炎组)和30例健康儿童(对照组)血清中肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的含量。结果轻型肺炎组患儿血清ADM为(52.15±14.63)ng/L,重型肺炎组患儿血清ADM为(81.72±18.79)ng/L,对照组为(18.48±13.27)ng/L,轻、重型肺炎组均较对照组明显增高,两组受检者血清ADM含量差别有显著性意义(P<0.01),轻、重型肺炎组比较,两组受检者血清ADM含量差别也有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论ADM在肺炎患儿中有明显升高,表明其在扩张支气管及抑制气道炎症方面可能起重要作用。Objective To investigate the changes of serum adrenomedulfion （ADM） in children with pneumonia. Methods 60 children with acute pneumonia（the pneumonia group） and 30 healthy children （the contrast group） were tested for the levels of serum ADM by radioimmunology. Results The levels of serum ADM in advanced cases are（81.72±18.79）ng/L, while（52.15±14.63）ng/L in the mild cases, and （18.48±13.27）ng/L in the control group. The levels of serum ADM were remarkably different between the groups of the advanced cases and the mild cases（ P〈0.01）, so bewere the pneumonia group and the control group （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion Serum ADM levels were significantly increased in children with pnemonia, which probably played an important role in dilating bronchia and suppressing airway inflammation.
