摘　　要：在民国社会救济中,传统社会救济方式仍发挥着独特且不可缺少的作用,表现主要有三:传统救济设施仍相当活跃;血缘组织继续发挥救济功能;地缘组织依然举足轻重。我们应充分发挥传统资源中的积极因素,使之为现代社会服务。The traditional ways of national relief were still functioning particularly and indispensable. It had three features, the traditional facilities are still quite active, and the relevant organizations continue its relief functions and are very important. We should fully utilize the positive factors of the traditional resources for the modern society.
