摘　　要：在委托代理框架下得出了对科技型企业家进行隐性资本投资的最优激励契约,从理论上证明了股票期权可以激励科技型企业家进行隐性资本投资。In the framework of delegated agency, incentive scheme was concluded to induce agent to invest in recessive manpower capital of tech-entrepreneurs. Therefore, in theory it is proved that the stock option model can induce the behavior of investment in the recessive manpower capital.
