等离子熔射快速制造摩托车护罩覆盖件硬模的研究

摘　　要：概述了快速制模技术的几种应用形式,介绍了等离子熔射快速制造金属硬模具的工艺方法,并试制了摩托车护罩覆盖件模具进行注射试验。试验结果表明,该方法制作的模具具有表面硬度高、质量好、工艺简单等特点,适用于汽车、摩托车行业的模具快速制造及新产品试制。After summarizing several existing rapid tooling technology, the paper introduces the rapid metal hard tooling technology of the plasma spraying. By using this kind of technology, a motorcycle shield panel hard mould has been manufactured and the injection experiment has been carried out. The above experiment result proves this technology can make moulds, which has high precision and hard surface rigidity and good surface roughness. Because of simple facture process, the technology is applicable to develope new product or mould in car and motorcycle industry.
