摘　　要：介绍现代化能源监控及管理系统的组成和功能特点,指出高效的能源监控系统(EMS)和L3能源管理子系统的成功应用是不锈钢分公司能源信息化建设的必然趋势,也是提升分公司整体能源管理水平的必然途径。The make-up and functional characteristics of the modem energy monitoring and management systems are introduced. It is also pointed out that highly efficient energy monitoring system （EMS） and L3 energy management subsystem＇s successful applications will be an inexorable trend for the company＇s construction of energy informationization. It is also an inexorable way of lifting the company＇s entire energy management level.
