摘　　要：主要阐述了板坯质量模型的功能、结构和参数,讨论了板坯质量模型的算法和质量数据分析的方法。并着重介绍了一个实例———集成的质量评估系统(IPQS)在不锈钢分公司炼钢厂的实现。文章提出了提高质量模型评估准确率的方法及所能取得的效益。The function, structure and parameters of the slab quality model are main contents described in this article. The algorithm of the model and analytical method for quality data are also discussed. What＇s more,an integrated product quality system （IPQS） is introduced as an important instance in Stainless Steel Branch＇s steelmaking plant. Finally, ways of improving the hitting rate of the model and the benefits the model brings about are given.
